Passive Aggression Management Course

This book "Stop! That's Crazy-Making! How to Recognize, Respond To and Recover From Passive-Aggressive Behavior & People" indeed helped me to put a STOP to that crazy making behaviour I frequently encountered in co-workers and supervisors. I am able to STOP giving the benefit of the doubt and label this behaviour for what it really is. I am sleeping better too for being more assertive with passive aggressive people.

I wish I had read this book years ago. I have been married to PA for so long.....I now see how it affected me so negatively. I am focused on my recovery now. I highly recommend this book for anyone in a relationship with a PA.
