'A Thousand Mappings'

Maps to analyse, to store, to generate, to test, to represent, to amuse, to persuade, to enquire, to create...
The Map Reader opens up the 'widening and vibrant array of different kinds of mapping being employed by scholars'. Adopting a caleidoscopic take on maps and mapping, this book collects the most influential articles of the last half century and juxtaposes them to a careful selection of provocative writings, honouring the diversity and versatility of Maps and Mappings themselves.
Thorough as well as inspiring.

Review
Review from previous edition: "A comprehensive and authoritative guide to the present law ... any practising or academic lawyer would benefit from access to a copy." --Cambridge Law Journal

"An outstanding piece of scholarship ... high in quality throughout, well internally cross-referenced and very well written ... By some distance it is the best textbook in the area." --Journal of Law and Medicine

"This latest text is useful to the Practitioner because it considers in depth difficult issues... the layout is clear with separate parts, chapters and paragraphs for ease of reference. There is a wealth of footnotes and a comprehensive table of cases and statutes with an excellent index. The test of any substantial law text such as this is whether it becomes a leading work in the subject. This seems assured for Principles of Medical Law" --Jarlath Spellman, Barrister, The Bar Review

"It is a tribute to the merits of this book that one, while consulting it regularly, scarcely noticed that six years had lapsed since its first arrival...This book remains a monumental work, comprehensive in its coverage and apparently seamless in its presentation, thanks to skilful editing...For anyone wishing to gain a sound academic understanding of medical law, this remains the work to turn to." --B Mahendra, New Law Journal

Medical Law....
By Phillip Taylor MBE
[[VIDEOID:moGQU5JVB8X6BW]]A CHANGING LANDSCAPE AT A CONTROVERSIAL TIME

An appreciation by Phillip Taylor MBE and Elizabeth Taylor of Richmond Green Chambers

Since the last edition of `Principles of Medical Law' was published six years ago, any number of changes in the healthcare landscape have emerged and with them, changes in the law, notably in reforming legislation, such as the Mental Health Act which reached the statute books in 2007.

Also, much has been accomplished, for example, in the fields of assisted reproduction, and the use and regulation of human material such as human organs and tissue. Legal issues arising from healthcare as a profession, the structure of the NHS and the evolving regulatory environments which impact on it are also dealt with as the controversies rage.

The book is the result of team efforts by at least 20 expert contributors. As the editors acknowledge, `the depth of expertise that this volume has demonstrated in the past has been retained, whilst the changes that [have been] introduced reflect the evolving nature of this dynamic discipline'.

In over 1,200 pages with 22 chapters and two short appendices, usefully and punctiliously annotated and footnoted where appropriate, this heavy volume is logically organized into seven parts, covering areas such as:

The Organization of Health Care ... Regulating Health Care Professions... Duties of Contract and Tort and Breach of Duty... Consent to Treatment...Test for Capacity... Mental Health law... Clinical Research... Medically Assisted reproduction... the Regulation of Medicinal Products... and Medical Devices Patenting and the Human Body -- and more besides.

Of great interest is Part Seven of the book which deals with the many fraught and vexed legal issues surrounding the ending of life, as well as the finality of death itself and how we might review this area of law in the future.

It's an authoritative, detailed and scholarly work of reference which should be considered an essential purchase for any practitioner involved in any aspect of the law pertaining to healthcare.

As one would expect of a work of this stature and erudition, there are over a hundred pages of tables of cases, legislation, statutory instruments and treaties and conventions, as well as a table of European Law and a table of Legislation from other jurisdictions. A useful and lengthy index facilitates further research for a work which is aimed at such a wide readership.

The law is stated as at May 2010, plus further relevant changes added at proof stage to assist in what is such a changing landscape at such a difficult time.

The Overloaded Ark, by Gerald Malcolm Durrell

Gerald Durrell, director and owner of Jersey Zoo, was internationally famous for his amusing books about collecting wild animals, in particular My Family and Other Animals. But The Overloaded Ark, his first, remains his funniest book. It describes an expedition to the remote territory of the Cameroons in West Africa, before independence. "A delightful book...You can feel his bush-shirt sticking to his back...Bagging a monitor, smoking out a Pangolin (scaly anteater), celebrating the capture of the rare Angwantibo (small lemur), bird liming for Giant Kingfishers on the warm, milky waters of Lake Soden: he communicates every detail of his experiences with just the right degree of zest." (New Statesman).

About the Author
Gerald Durrell was a world-famous naturalist, animal-collector and conservationist. Born in India in 1925, and having lived in Jamshedpur, Corfu and Crystal Palace, he eventually founded Jersey Zoo in 1959. He was a lifelong lover of animals, and after taking numerous trips to collect exotic wildlife for the zoo, he founded the Jersey Wildlife Conversation Trust in 1963. He also wrote numerous well-loved books about his glamorous and not-so glamorous experiences, his most famous works being My Family and other Animals and The Overloaded Ark.

From AudioFile
This account of Gerald Durrell's 1953 trip to the Cameroons to collect live reptiles, birds and mammals for British zoos is filled with hair-raising and hysterical adventures. It was the first professional collecting trip to the region and was also Durrell's first visit to Africa. Nigel Davenport captures all of Durrell's enthusiasm and navet--as well as the pain of being stung by wasps and the fear that results from almost falling on top of a very large monitor lizard. Davenport also renders pidgin (the lingua franca of European-African communication) both credible and comprehensible. The reading is so persuasive that the listener becomes a member of the expedition. Leopards, anyone? R.E.K. (c) AudioFile, Portland, Maine

Where da beef? In this book, that's where
By Samuel Krikorian
Gerald Durrell spent most of his life collecting interesting animal specimens and Durrell is an interesting human specimen himself. His well chronicled life (mostly chronicled by Durrell) begins with the hilarious, and very succesfull, "My family and Other Animals". It is ably followed up with the equally hilarious "Birds, Beasts and Relatives". Both books are full of tales from the Durrell family's years on the Greek Island of Corfu, pre WWII. Little Gerry dives right into the flora and fauna of the island, including its human fauna. I own very few nonfiction books with such a plethora of memorable characters. Now, of course, we get to the volume in question. It is plenty good, and worth multiple readings over years, as is "A Zoo In My Luggage" and several other books detailing trips to collect animals. A word of warning, don't go nuts and buy all the zillion Durrell titles. Some of them are out of print for a reason and were most likely dashed off by Durrell to finance a collecting trip or two. If you read a sampling of Amazon.com reviews you will sniff these out and avoid wasting you hard earned lucre. And please, get "My Familiy and Other Animals and "Birds, Beasts and Relatives" right now, if you dont have them already.

Still enjoyable nearly forty years on
By Peter Durward Harris
This book is about a business that, for the most part, no longer exists - the business of collecting animals for display in zoos. Wildlife conservation has changed a lot since then so the kind of expedition that Gerald Durrell and his companion, John, undertook in 1953, described in this book, just could not happen now.
Gerald describes how he and John spent several months in Cameroon collecting a variety of animals, birds and reptiles and some of the adventures they had, including the triumphs and disappointments. He acknowledges right at the beginning that the expedition may seem more exciting than it really was, because all the boring aspects have been omitted. Even so, there were enough exciting moments to fill this book.
He describes some of the local people, who he mostly got on well with - but of course he did have some problems and we are told about these. He describes some of the creatures he collected, and the disappointment when some died or escaped.
My favorite (both at school and now) was a chimpanzee that had already been domesticated. Gerald was asked to look after him before he could be shipped to London. This was no ordinary chimpanzee, as he not only enjoyed smoking cigarettes but was able to light his own using either matches or lighter, and also displayed other characteristics more normally associated with people than with chimpanzees. Always remember that this was 1953.

This is a highly entertaining book, which I first read at school, where it was compulsory reading - and it was the only such book that I enjoyed. I still enjoyed it when I read it again recently, after discovering (to my surprise) that it is still available in the UK.

A Lovable and discriptive novel.
By A Customer
Durrell's descriptions are so enthralling, I actually read the entire book in one night. If you like books about animals, such as the All Creatures series, you must read this book. I first read this book when I was 10, and this was probably the first adult book I read. The way Durrell describes the catching of animals and the way he captures each character's essence is incredible. You will fall in love with this book. I strongly recommend it.

Good for product developer but not general managers
By Jackal
My key problem with this book and the author's Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and Challengers is that they try a bit too hard to routinise the development of new businesses. I have sympathy for the approach, but I am also worried that it will lead to mindless filling of boxes. Blue Ocean Strategy: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and Make Competition Irrelevant uses exactly the same approach (e.g. strategy canvas, value curve, four actions, six paths, utility map, sic). Many people will in the future attribute success to canvas-thinking or blue ocean-thinking, which will create a hoard of followers. .

The book's format is encouraging a tendency to make things easy and simple. That is a mistake. Sometimes it is important to think hard. My strong sense is that there is too much focus on the method as opposed to the content. The real value lies in deeply understanding the customer and competitors, not in filling out a canvas. Check out The Innovator's Hypothesis: How Cheap Experiments Are Worth More than Good Ideas which is a deeper description of prototyping.

The tools give a strong sense of security, when I would prefer people to be more humble and paranoid. Let me take an example: the book says "do anthropological observations of potential customers". Great idea, but we only get four pages devoted to the topic and 70% of that space is covered with very cute graphics. Anthropology is difficult, why not provide four pages of details (if the authors have any!), or at the very least a few recommended readings to understand the approach. (I have exactly the same critique on this book 101 Design Methods: A Structured Approach for Driving Innovation in Your Organization.)

Having provided this critique, the book does provide rigour to people that do not have a marketing or business background. A lot of start-up technology companies have prototypes that are not well matched to the customers' requirements (and that goes for big firms like 3M too). The book adds a lot of value to this type of person. The problem occurs if entrepreneurs and higher-level decision-makers start using the approach as well. The you get "fill in the boxes" mentality. Any high level executive that falls for the cute graphics in the book should be immediately fired.

The book is beautifully designed with modern graphics. The approach of using graphics to display content as opposed to text is a great approach. Good theft of a practice developed in the management consulting industry. Anyone who has waded through a business book knows how tedious they can be. What I do not appreciate is the large subset of useless, but pretty, graphical images. The graphics should aid the understanding; not be eye candy.

My guess is that the book is the second instalment of four books. The first instalment presented a list of nine factors to consider. (Sorry, not a list, but a canvas to create a business, wtf.) This book describes two of those factors. When all four books are published we will be told that all are needed to get a complete perspective. And we will get second editions after that (or maybe the second edition will be a subscription to a website). Quality will improve, but I just want you to see where the authors are going.

That the book is not encouraging deeper thinking can be seen by reading most of the five star reviews. They are mostly one-liners. Scary, I hope they are just wannabes and not product developers. I give the book three stars.

Do not buy this book on Kindle
By T. Evans
This book is very graphical in nature. The Kindle version is terrible and does not convey the information or flow that the printed book does. Save your money and buy the printed version. If you preview the inside of the book and compare the printed and Kindle versions you should see what I mean.

The Business Model Canvas Gets Even Better - Value Proposition Design
By Tech Historian
Product/Market fit now has its own book. Buy it.
----
The Lean Startup process builds new ventures more efficiently. It has three parts: a business model canvas to frame hypotheses, customer development to get out of the building to test those hypotheses and agile engineering to build minimum viable products.
Value Proposition Design is the sequel to the million copy best seller, Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and Challengers.

This new book does three things:
1. Introduces the Value Proposition Canvas
2. Tells you how to design new ventures with it
3. Teaches you how to use Customer Development to test it.

Value Proposition Design is a "must have" for anyone creating a new venture. It captures the core issues around understanding and finding customer problems and designing and validating potential solutions.

If you're familiar with the Lean Startup you know that the Business Model Canvas is the tool to frame all the hypotheses of your startup. Of all the 9 boxes of the canvas, the two most important parts of the business model are the relationship between the Value Proposition (what you're building) and the Customer Segment. These two components of the business model are so important we give them their own name, "Product/Market Fit."

The Value Proposition Canvas functions like a plug-in to the Business Model Canvas and zooms into the value proposition and customer segment to describe the interactions between customers and product more explicitly and in more detail. This keeps things simple by giving you the big picture at the business model level and the detailed picture at the "product/market fit" level.

Integration with Customer Development and Lean Startup
Several of the new tools in Value Proposition Design help with testing and validation of hypotheses. These testing tools match the first two of the four steps of Customer Development. One of my favorites in the book provides a simple overview of how to conduct customer discovery and customer validation in combination with the Business Model and Value Proposition Canvas. You start by extracting and prioritizing your hypotheses, then design your tests with Test Cards and finally, you conduct your tests and capture your learning. To make this all actionable Osterwalder added an Experiment Library to the book that equips you with ideas on how to test your assumptions.

Tracking Customer Development with the Value Proposition Canvas
With Customer Development you're constantly talking to customers and partners and conducting a ton of experiments to validate and invalidate your hypotheses. All these activities, the evidence of what works and what doesn't, and your progress towards finding a successful value proposition and business model need to be tracked. In Value Proposition Design Osterwalder shows how to do this with the Progress Board, a tool that includes a version of the investment readiness level thermometer to track progress.

Online Tools
Doing all the above is not easy even if you use poster-sized Canvases, sticky notes, and PowerPoint. There are simply too many Canvases you will design and trash (after rejecting and pivoting from your early tested ones), too many experiments you will conduct, and too much evidence you will produce. Keeping track of all this requires software support.

So the Value Proposition Design comes with a series of exercises that you can complete online with assessment tools that show you how you are using the Value Proposition Canvas. And last, but not least, you get access to a whole series of checklists, templates, and incredibly awesome posters that you can immediately use in your work.

Summary:
- The Value Proposition Canvas describes the details of how the value proposition and customer segments interact
- It integrates the Customer Development process in the book
- Product/Market fit now has its own book. Buy it

From Booklist
*Starred Review* A serial killer who finds his victims—preferably two at a time—at interstate-highway rest stops takes a shine to FBI Special Agent Maggie O’Dell and starts leaving her clues. A map left in Maggie’s burned-down house in the Washington, D.C., area sends her, with partner R. J. Tully, to a deserted farm in Sioux City, Iowa. Here, with the help of Ryder Creed’s cadaver-hunting dog, they find one of the killer’s prime dumping grounds, as the perpetrator himself watches. Then comes a clue from Manhattan, Kansas, where a college student who survived the killer is terrorized by his memory of his best friend being savagely murdered and threats of what could happen to him. In her eleventh Maggie O’Dell entry, Kava shows mastery in constructing a plot with nonstop action, covering a time span of just over a week, with suspense rising to a nearly unbearable level in a climax in the Florida backwaters. Maggie is indomitable—slogging through mud or water in search of clues and perps, inured to the sight of decapitated or eviserated bodies, cool in facing a canny killer—with a loyal supporting cast and hints of a new romantic interest. Prime escapism for thriller fans with strong stomachs. --Michele Leber

A very authentic mystery
By Barb
Many times while traveling the nations highways, I have enjoyed the rest areas and truck stops for their vibrant air of America on the move. Travel these same roads alone and in the dark of night and your perspective changes dramatically. This is when I prefer to have a large dog and a handgun with me. The victims of what the FBI called the "truck stop killer" did not have the sense of danger and lost their lives. The book opens with Maggie O'Dell and her partner checking an obvious burial site for this killer. As the body count on the site behind the rest stop increases, Maggie and her fellow profilers and friends find that this killer has a strange fascination with Maggie and has already torched her home. The killer's identity is a mystery although they know much about him. A cadaver dog handler piques dog lover Maggie's interest and admiration. New bodies linked to the killer keep Maggie moving though Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa as well as the East Coast. Is she pursuing or being lured to the killer? The final confrontation is as unexpected as it is dangerous to Maggie and those she cares for.

Another Captivating Action-Packed Thriller in Alex Kava's Maggie O'Dell Series! Enjoy!
By Tom McGee
Since 2008, I have read many Alex Kava's thrillers in her FBI Agent Maggie O'Dell series. For me, each becomes increasingly addictive. This captivating 320-page suspense thriller, "Stranded" is my favorite to date.

Kava holds the readers' focus through believable, memorable characters, smooth transitions, perfect pace, intriguing subplots, vividly descriptive writing and choice of words that are not x-rated.

In this case, an evil, mysterious, insidious serial killer crisscrosses American highways seeking unsuspecting victims at rest stops to terrorize and murder. The author uses short chapters and converging stories beginning with grisly scenes just off interstate 70 outside Manhattan, Kansas and another just off interstate 29 outside Sioux City Iowa to develop this spellbinding plot.

While this is a standalone novel, I would recommend reading some of the earlier novels in this series to appreciate the intricate background and careful development of the most prominent returning characters in the series.

Margaret "Maggie" O'Dell and R J Tully are seasoned Virginia based FBI agents. Their boss, Assistant Director Raymond Kunze assigned them to the FBI's Serial Killing Initiative that started years earlier with the creation of a database of murder victims found along United States Highways and interstates, now numbering over 500. The database was created to allow local law enforcement officers a source to check whether murders in their jurisdiction might be related to victims in other states.

Up to this point, the psychopathic killer meticulously planned and gave careful forethought implementing his sick game without a pattern or trail. It seemed all too easy for him; however, seeking a more stimulating challenge, he plots bigger game, intentionally leaving clues, to draw in a new target--Agent O'Dell.

Enter an intriguing new character and possible star of his own series, Ryder Creed, from Florida who is introduced when Agent Tully solicits Ryder and his partner, Hannah's company's services, Crime Scent K9. Ryder rescues and trains abandoned dogs like Jack Russell white terrier, Grace to track cadavers or missing people in various settings.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to the next in riveting series. I bet you will too!

Enjoy!

Hang onto your hats, this is one wild ride!
By Marilyn Meredith
I've read other Alex Kava thrillers and knew what to expect and wasn't the least bit disappointed.
FBI special agent, Maggie O'Dell and her partner are drawn into the web created by a serial killer who is leaving bodies near open highways. The victims are not similar excepting the fact that they were in a vulnerable situation. It isn't long before Maggie realizes the killer has formed a connection with her. As to be expected, Maggie begins to figure out what is going on, but ends up finding herself in a life-threatening situation, not only for herself but also for her partner. I found it impossible to put down until I reached the end. And one added intriguing element is introduced in the possibility of a new romance for Maggie, making anxious for the next book in the series.

The Advice Business: Essential Tools and Models for Management Consulting, by Charles J. Fombrun, Mark D. Nevins

The dramatic growth of the consulting industry in the last 20 years can, in part, be traced to rapid changes in technology that have provoked dramatic changes in the ways companies compete. Consultants provide companies facing such rapidly changing environments with an important means of developing, acquiring, and processing much-needed know-how. Consultants provide companies facing such rapidly changing environments with an important means of developing, acquiring, and processing much-needed know-how. Increasingly, consultants have proved to be a vital strategic weapon that companies rely on to improve their competitiveness in a world characterized by technological convergences, strategic consolidations, and growing interdependence. About the Author

Charles J. Fombrun is Executive Director of the Reputation Institute and Professor Emeritus of Management at the Stern School of Business of New York University. Before discovering the social sciences, he earned a B.S. in Physics from Queen's University (Canada) and did his early research on magnetic levitation. Tired of staring at oscilloscopes in lonely labs, he turned first to mathematical economics before edging closer to the social sciences at the University of California (Berkeley) and then at Columbia University where he completed a Ph.D. in organizational theory in 1980. He was the youngest professor at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) when he taught there from 1979 to 1984.

Dr. Fombrun is the author of Strategic Human Resource Management (1984), Turning Points: Creating Strategic Change in Corporations (1992), and the best-seller Reputation: Realizing Value from the Corporate Image (1996). He has published over 100 articles in leading research and professional journals, where he writes principally about how companies build and sustain valuable reputations, and how they should manage their resources strategically.

Dr. Fombrun's perspective on corporate reputations has made him an invited speaker at many corporate or industry gatherings and international conferences, as well as an advisor to such companies as Royal Dutch/Shell, Interpublic Group, and Amway. He has served on numerous editorial boards, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Planning. In 1996, he ran into Cees van Riel, a professor at Erasmus University in the Netherlands, from which a fruitful collaboration started that has fostered executive programs, annual conferences, a quarterly journal (the Corporate Reputation Review), and the Reputation Institute, a private organization devoted to research, measurement, valuation, and consulting about corporate reputations.

Mark David Nevins is the President of Nevins Consulting; he is an organizational advisor and coach, and consults in the areas of organizational design and development, curriculum creation, leadership and management development, change management, and sales and client-facing effectiveness.

Prior to starting his own firm, Dr. Nevins was Global Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Korn/Ferry International, the world's leading retained executive search firm, where he drove organizational and cultural change to help the firm migrate from a private sales-focused partnership to a publicly held professional services firm. Previously, he was for many years the head of professional development and training worldwide for Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the world's leading strategy and management consulting firms, where he had responsibility for all of the firm's formal and informal training and development programs for all levels of professional staff, and was one of the drivers of the firm's HR strategy and people programs as well as primary architect of the Booz Allen Curriculum.

Dr. Nevins has consulted with large and small organizations, both public and private, for more than 15 years; he has studied leadership, management, and organizational development extensively, with a special focus in professional services firms. He is a moderator for The Aspen Institute's Executive Seminar on Values-Based Leadership., and regularly guest lectures on major business school campuses.

Prior to his career in the private sector Dr. Nevins taught at Harvard University, where he also held several administrative positions. He was graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross, where he studied sciences, philosophy, and literature. He took his Ph.D. in English Literature from Harvard University, during which time he received awards for his teaching, as well as scholarships for research and study in the United States and abroad. He has worked, traveled, and taught in more than 60 countries on 5 continents, and in his free time he enjoys film, wine, reading, snowboarding, and scuba diving.

The Advice Business - a great refresher for an experienced management consultant
By Mark Haas
This is a phenomenally well researched, organized and written book. Covering the foundations of the professional services business, Fombrun and Nevins proceed from the tenets and history of the consulting profession, to the process of consulting, and the operation of the consulting firm, concluding with ethics. It is always interesting that, even though ethics underlies the trusted advisor relationship between consultant and client, it often seems to be an afterthought to books about consulting, as if its function was only as a nice bow with which to wrap the package.

The writing is blessedly forthright, and moves along without a lot of filler that weighs down many books on the consulting profession. Written more like a textbook, it might give the uninitiated the sense that absorbing the book is all one needs to hang out a shingle as a management consultant. However, without some years of experience and a dozen or more engagements, this will not make one an effective consultant. This book is probably best as a refresher or complement to an experienced consultant's existing knowledge, judgment and technique.

Photocopy Quality Printing
By Sebastian Kristafor
I was unhappily surprised when I received the book.
While I have not read the content of the book, the quality of the printing is atrocious.
It appears that the original has been photocopied, the pages cut to size and pasted within a cover. While the text is
clearly visible, many figures are faded. The paper itself is not the usual smooth book quality, but the slightly rougher document quality.
This is the first textbook I have ever purchased that has been this quality.

Upon contacting the publishers "Pearson Prentice Hall", I was informed that the sub-standard quality that they are putting out is due to the low demand for the book. I advise would-be purchasers to look to other alternatives and save themselves the $133 for a book that cost about $10 to print.

Desiring Canada: CBC Contests, Hockey Violence, and Other Stately Pleasures, by Patricia Cormack, James Cosgrave

What do Tim Hortons, Hockey Night in Canada, and Rick Mercer have in common? Each is a popular symbol of Canadian identity, seen across the country – and beyond – on television and in other forms of media. But whose definition of ‘Canadian’ do they represent? What does it mean to be Canadian? Do we create our own impressions of Canadian identity, or are they created for us? In Desiring Canada, Patricia Cormack and James F. Cosgrave delve into these questions, exploring the connections between popular culture, media, and the Canadian state.

Taking as their examples the popular CBC contests, Tim Hortons advertising campaigns, NHL hockey violence, television comedy, and the business of gambling, this lively, engaging book investigates the relationship between some of our more beloved popular expressions of national identity and the extent to which the interests of the state appeal in various ways through the popular media to the pleasures of citizens, thus shaping our understanding of what it means to be Canadian.

Review
‘Desiring Canada offers a new and useful way to think about how our identifications with Canada are produced through popular cultural texts, artefacts, and performances that are state-mediated. Persuasively argued and well-grounded in familiar aspects of the Canadian cultural landscape, it will surely appeal to educated readers concerned with all things Canadian.’ (Maurice Charland, Department of Communication Studies, Concordia University)
